DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS




 

The delivery of products is performed by a courier service selected by Collistar, which offers a shipment tracking service.

The courier makes deliveries on working days (excluding, therefore, Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays in Italy) from 9 am to 6 pm. Deliveries shall be made within 48-72 hours of the date of the Order Confirmation (if the order is made before 4 pm on a weekday, and in the absence of events of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances) excluding inconvenient areas.

In the event of non-delivery, the courier shall leave a notice on the intercom/in the post box, informing the recipient of the attempted delivery. A second attempt to deliver is automatically rescheduled the next day. If the recipient is still absent, the shipment is kept at the local branch for three business days. On the fourth business day, the package is deposited at the relevant Post Office and the postman delivers a card notifying the recipient. The recipient has a further seven days (business days, including on Saturdays) to collect the parcel from the Post Office. If not collected within this time frame, the parcel is automatically returned to Collistar.

Collistar shall not be liable for any failures in the delivery service on the part of the courier.

In the case of deliveries to receptions (with a signature of receipt by the receptionist), Collistar shall not be held responsible for subsequent failures to deliver the package to the final recipient.

If a destination country is not among those listed it means that currently products are not delivered to that country. However, since Collistar is considering adding countries to the shipment list, we recommend contacting customercare@collistar.it .

Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to check that:

  • The number of packages delivered is the same as indicated in the transport document;
  • The packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metallic);
  • Any packaging and/or damage to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars shall be immediately reported by affixing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier;
  • Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received shall be reported within 14 days of delivery, in the manner provided in this document.

 

SHIPPING FEES

A contribution of EUR 5.90 is requested for the cost of delivery. However a fee is not charged for orders greater than EUR 69 (net of discounts, promotions and collection charges).

 

DELIVERY TIMES

The products are delivered within 48-72 hours of the date of receipt of the order if this occurs before 4 pm on a weekday. Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of products, by failures in the courier service, by force majeure or in the event of public holidays. When purchase is made by credit card or PayPal, the delay in shipping may be caused by an inability to withdraw the amount authorised for payment. (See: Debiting payments). In the event of non-receipt of the goods within five working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), please contact customer services at customercare@collistar.it.

The delivery times indicated by Collistar should be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments, does not make it legitimate for the Customer to refuse the delivery and request reparation or compensation.
