TIPS FOR CHOOSING THE RIGHT COLOR
How to choose the color that best suits your complexion? Just follow these 3 simple steps:
1. CHOOSE YOUR TONE INTENSITY:
Identify your skin tone within the color palette, starting with the choice of tone intensity:
1 – fair
2 – light/medium
3 – medium
4 – medium/dark
5 – dark
2. DISCOVER YOUR UNDERTONE:
By observing the veins on your wrist, determine your undertone:
• veins with a greenish hue indicate a warm golden undertone;
• veins with a bluish hue indicate a cool pink undertone;
• veins with a balanced pigmentation indicate a neutral undertone.
AN EXTRA TIP: The metal test
To try and identify your undertone, it can be helpful to hold two metal cloths, one silver and one gold, to your face. If your face appears more radiant with the gold cloth, your undertone is warm; if it shines more with the silver cloth, your undertone is cool. If both suit you, your undertone is neutral.
